We are hiring a Senior Travel Advisor, a role that is 60% client relations and 40% travel planning. This is a role that demands attention to detail, quick turnaround time, and dedication to customer experience. The position may involve some off-hours emailing but grants a high level of autonomy as well.
We are primarily looking to fill this role in either NYC or Denver, but are open to qualified candidates in other locations who would work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Direct relationships with clients
Plan, create and manage client itineraries
Resolve client issues
Liaise with properties, operators, guides, and other suppliers
Collaborate with operations team from start to finish on trips
Catalog and manage relevant client and trip information in Salesforce CRM
Attend meetings and conferences on behalf of Luminary
Regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are met
Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Luxury Travel
Has a deep love of travel
Tech-savvy
Superlative verbal and written communication skills
Diligent attention to detail
Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
Highly accurate and effective time management
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excited to go the extra mile to take care of clients!
