We are hiring a dedicated Client Services manager to help spearhead and manage the relationships with our high-touch clients.  


This is a role that is 60% client relations and 40% travel planning. The demands attention to detail, quick turnaround time, and (most of all) dedication to a superb customer experience. The position may involve some off-hours emailing but grants a high level of autonomy as well. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of working in the luxury travel space (or an industry with similar high-touch clientele) in a client-facing capacity. This person would also be both a fantastic communicator and a committed team player.


We are primarily looking to fill this role on the East Coast, but are open to qualified candidates in other locations who would work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct relationships with clients 
  • Plan, create and manage client itineraries
  • Resolve client issues
  • Liaise with properties, operators, guides, and other suppliers
  • Collaborate with travel operations team from start to finish on trips
  • Catalog and manage relevant client and trip information in Salesforce CRM
  • Attend meetings and conferences on behalf of Luminary
  • Regularly interact with clients to ensure their needs are met

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Luxury Travel and/or working with high-touch clientele
  • Has a deep love of travel
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Superlative verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for multi-tasking
  • Highly accurate and effective time management
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excited to go the extra mile to take care of our clients!

 

Required:
